Queen of Shadows by Sarah J. Maas REVIEW

Throne of Glass series: Book Four
Summary:

Everyone Celaena Sardothien loves has been taken from her. But she's at last returned to the empire - for vengeance, to rescue her once-glorius kingdom, and to confront the shadows of her past . . .
She has embraced her identity as Aelin Galathynius, Queen of Terrasen. But before she can reclaim her throne, she must fight.
She will fight for her cousin, a warrior prepared to die for her. She will fight for her friend, a young man trapped in an unspeakable prison. And she will fight for her people, enslaved to a brutal king and awaiting their lost queen's triumphant return.

My Thoughts:

This book was pretty good--in some ways it was better than the previous book, Heir of Fire.

-But it swore a lot.
-And it seems as if Celaena/Aelin likes someone else in every book except for Heir of Fire. She liked Dorian in the first book, Chaol in the second book, and Rowan in the fourth book (this one).

The chapters about Manon and Elide are interesting and help you to see how the prince and others have a demon trying to control them.

My Rating: 4.5 stars
