Summary:
In 1772 England, Lady Keturah Banning Tomlinson and her sisters find themselves the heiresses of their father's estates and know they have one option: go to the West Indies to save what is left of their heritage.

My Thoughts:
First of all I'd like to say that I love this cover. Whoever designed it did a fabulous job.
Now onto the book itself. It kind of went into the story fast. Normally, there's a reason for that, and it reveals events leading up to the story gradually as the book goes on. But that is not the case with this one. And because there were no flashbacks or much revealed about what happened previously to the beginning, the main characters didn't really seem developed enough.
That made me kind of upset, because they seemed very interesting and the plot of this book looked interesting too.
