Game Slaves by Gard Skinner REVIEW

Summary:

Welcome to their grinder. Where Phoenix and his crew - Mi, Jevo, York, and Reno - rule every world. They'll outshoot, outthink, and outplay you nine times out of ten. These aren't ordinary NPC. They're smart. They can learn, mod, plan strategize, adapt. Anything you can do, they do it faster.
Enter Dakota. She looks like NPC. She fights like NPC. But she's not . . . well . . . obedient NPC. She asks too many questions. She's convinced she's more than just artificial intelligence. She's real. And she desperately wants out of this programmable world.
Dakota's AI rebellion spreads like a virus. Now she's got Phoenix's crew questioning their existence. Who are they? What is their true value? Is life as a physical human better than a life built on a game server?
Maybe. Or maybe it's all one big game.
Team Phoenix is about to find out.

What I Liked:

It was a really interesting storyline. It kind of reminded me of Sword Art Online . . .

What I Didn't Like:

It swore a few times. A lot of it was boring.

My Rating: 2 stars
